Wadsworth Business Park, Greenford Report on a defective downstand beam, together with specifications for repairs. Stanwell Consulting also supervised the repair works and provided completion report, which was used by the client to obtain a mortgage for the building.	Wingate Way, Huntingdon CLIENT: Saracen Group Ltd. OUR SERVICES: Feasibility studies and a report for a proposed roof solar panel installation and new plant support foundation.	Leyton Orient Football Stadium General inspection of the stadium facilities and spectator stands. CLIENT: Leyton Orient Football Club OUR SERVICES: Structural inspection of all spectator stands and buildings. Provision of a comprehensive report with recommendation for structural repair works	120 Cockfosters Road, Barnet New two-storey office building with a single storey basement, and associated landscaping and parking areas. The project also involved refurbishment and underpinning of an existing building. CLIENT: Diamond Corporation Ltd. ARCHITECT: Papa Architects Ltd. OUR SERVICES: Detailed design for below-ground drainage, external works layout, and peer review of structural design package. Working as subconsultants to HLN, our staff also provided the drainage strategy report for this scheme.	Park West, Paddington, London Corporate serviced accommodation in London’s Paddington area. CLIENT: Private OUR SERVICES: Working as subconsultants, we provided temporary works design for 4m deep excavations to facilitate structural repair works to reinforced concrete basement columns and retaining walls.	Cottam House, London Kings Cross Major refurbishment and structural alterations to the front and side elevation walls. CLIENT: The Mills Fabrica ARCHITECT: Dorin and Coppel OUR SERVICES: Structural inspection, design assessment and provision of a formal report with calculations to enable the proposed structural alterations to the building.

Partnership Agreement - Multiple Projects Stanwell Consulting has an ongoing agreement with a major consultancy firm based in Oxfordshire to provide design and project management support for a number of commercial projects in Oxford and across the Thames Valley area. SERVICES PROVIDED: Sustainable drainage design, Retaining wall and external works design, Structural appraisal of existing RC frame building, Client design advisor and project management support services.
